Warranty PolicyLimited Warranty: Buypumpswholesale warrants its pumps and pump components against defects in workmanship and material for (1) year from date of installation (limited to 18 months from manufacture date). We will replace, or repair and return any pump or pump part found, upon inspection, to be defective in workmanship or material. A written return authorization is required before any product can be returned. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by sand or abrasive materials in the water, corrosion due to aggressive waters, acts of God, storm, fire, wind, accident or similar casualty. The warranty does not apply to failure due to improper electrical supply, improper installation, careless handling, misuse, or negligence. Equipment and accessories are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty, including the motors, tanks, air volume controls, switches, wire, fittings, etc. which may be part of the pump system.. Buypumpswholesale.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages to the purchaser or anyone else. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PURCHASE.
