1. When I need something "rushed" to me fast, how is the best way to get in touch with you?
On weekends or after hours, you can call the numbers below and leave a message, or call Gordon on his cell phone. Even though we can talk to you about a rush order during weekends and after hours, we are only able to actually ship out rush orders by UPS on weekdays. Again, we need to have the product on hand and have the order in our computer by 10:30am to catch that day's UPS truck. UPS Freight options available (from the most expensive to the least):

2. I live in Texas and have a reason not to pay sales tax, how does that work on your site?

At Buypumpswholesale.com, only customers in Texas pay sales and use taxes. It is possible, however, to be exempted from sales taxes on our site. Texas customers can buy from our e-store without paying sales tax If they hold a Texas resale number and are reselling product purchased from us, if they are a farming account who will use our pumps for irrigation, a ranching account who needs to pump water for livestock, a school or government agency, or a non profit organization.   

Just contact us so we can fax you the proper form we need filled out to satisfy the state comptroller. Once you have done this, you will be issued an annual code number, which you can enter at checkout time to forgo sales taxes on purchases made in that calendar year. If you order anything that should be taxed, simply leave off the code number during your order. We issue new codes each January to keep up with our filing systems. Our user friendly internet e-store is open 24/7 so you can place your orders anytime that is convenient for you.
